Order Acceptance Policy

All orders are subject to acceptance by The White Mall (legal entity for thewhitemall.com website). We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion. In case of rejection, we will provide refund equal to the paid amount.

Delivery of Your Order

Confirmed Orders will be shipped out within 2 days upon receipt of payment. For example: If order is confirmed/paid on Monday, we will ship out earliest on Tuesday, and latest by Wednesday.

Payments

We currently accept Online Banking (FPX) as a payment method. All transactions are securely processed by Billplz. We are in the process of adding Credit Card and eWallet options.

Prices

All prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to hold orders suspected of abuse or fraud pending further investigation.

Force Majeure

The White Mall shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond The White Mall’s reasonable control.

Customer and Recipient Personal Information

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. It is essential to provide accurate information for effective communication and order delivery.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian Law. Disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian Courts, and all communication shall be conducted in English.
