We aim to deliver your item in the fastest time possible! However, if there is any delay in receiving your item, please get in touch with us and we will assist you accordingly.

Confirmed Orders will be shipped out within 2 days upon receipt of payment. For example: If order is confirmed/paid on Monday, we will ship out earliest on Tuesday, and latest by Wednesday.

Once your order has been shipped out of our warehouse, we will send you the tracking information of the item.

Shipping Fees is as follows:-
1) West Malaysia: RM 8 Flat rate

2) East Malaysia: RM 15 for 1st KG, and RM 5 add on for each subsequent KG.
